We operate with agility, data-driven insights, and deep sector expertise to outperform in a rapidly evolving commodity landscape. Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and scale regional steel sales across 3-5 key industrial clusters (e.g., Pune, Jamshedpur, Visakhapatnam, Chennai, Bokaro), managing P&L for assigned geography.
- Identify, onboard, and retain high-volume steel consumers—manufacturers, EPC firms, and OEMs—with tailored volume pricing and delivery models.
- Collaborate with logistics and operations to ensure on-time, cost-efficient delivery of hot-rolled, cold-rolled, and specialty steel grades.
- Forecast demand trends, price volatility, and inventory positioning to drive margin optimization and reduce dead stock.
- Train and mentor a team of 5–8 Area Sales Executives; implement KPIs, CRM discipline, and pipeline velocity tracking.
- Represent the brand at industry events, trade shows, and client summits to strengthen market positioning and drive new vertical penetration.
