About this role
- Candidate should be currently in Cluster Head position with Min 2 Years vintage.
- Candidate work base should at Kochi - Please refrain from sharing profiles based out in other locations
- Experience should be in retail branch banking with :
A) 1200 Cr + Liability book size.
B) Handles minimum 8-10 branches with team size above 250+
C) PMS rating should be 3.5 & above for last 2 FY.
