Cluster Manager

Role Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic Cluster Manager to drive P&L, operational excellence, customer experience, and team performance across multiple retail stores within the cluster.

Key Responsibilities

1. Financial & Sales Performance

• Own cluster P&L and drive revenue, profitability, generics, diagnostics & high-margin targets
  
• Monitor daily/weekly targets vs achievement
  
• Identify underperformance trends and implement corrective action plans
  
• Build local partnerships and drive revenue growth initiatives
  

2. Omnichannel Operations

• Ensure 100% order fulfillment with zero TAT breaches
  
• Conduct RCA for order pushbacks and processing delays
  
• Drive resolution of systemic store-level issues
  

3. Team Management

• Lead, mentor, and review store managers
  
• Conduct regular store visits.
  
• Drive performance culture, target clarity, and training initiatives
  
• Improve team engagement and retention
  

4. Customer Experience

• Ensure high service standards across touchpoints (store, calls, WhatsApp)
  
• Monitor NPS and implement improvement plans
  
• Maintain grooming and professional behavior standards
  

5. Inventory & Compliance

• Monitor shrinkage and ensure inventory accuracy
  
• Conduct audits on licenses, cold chain logs, H1/Anti-TB registers, billing & banking processes
  
• Ensure adherence to SOPs and regulatory requirements
  

6. Store Hygiene & Marketing

• Ensure VM compliance, branding visibility, and cleanliness
  
• Drive store-level marketing initiatives and campaigns
  

7. Expansion & Hiring

• Support new store launches and property handovers
  
• Partner with TA team for hiring and onboarding
  

What Were Looking For

• Min 5 years of multi-unit retail management experience
  
• Strong P&L management and operational expertise
  
• Excellent leadership, problem-solving & communication skills
  
• Pharmacy/Healthcare retail experience preferred
  
• Ownership mindset with ability to thrive in fast-paced environments
