Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage a team of sales professionals to achieve business targets through effective field sales strategies.
  
• Handle merchant onboarding and acquiring processes, ensuring seamless integration with the bank's systems.
  
• Develop strong relationships with merchants to increase revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
  
• Oversee team handling activities, providing guidance and support to ensure efficient operations.
  
• Collaborate with other departments to drive business development initiatives.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 8-12 years of experience in BFSI industry, preferably in branch banking or similar roles.
  
• Strong understanding of field sales principles, team handling techniques, and merchant acquisition practices.
  
• Excellent communication skills for building rapport with merchants and internal stakeholders.
  
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team towards achieving common goals.
