Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage a team of sales professionals to achieve targets in merchant acquiring, field sales, and team handling.
  
• Develop and execute strategies for onboarding new merchants and expanding existing relationships.
  
• Identify opportunities for growth through upselling and cross-selling of financial products.
  
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve customer issues and improve overall service delivery.
  
• Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the competitive landscape.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 8-12 years of experience in banking or finance industry with expertise in merchant acquiring, field sales, team handling, or related fields.
  
• Proven track record of achieving targets in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
  
• Strong understanding of financial services regulations and compliance requirements.
  
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills with ability to work effectively under pressure.
