Cluster Manager

Role & responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of 34 retail outlets and ensure smooth functioning.
• Drive sales, revenue, and profitability across assigned stores.
• Monitor staff performance, attendance, grooming, and customer service.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs, hygiene, visual merchandising, and company policies.
• Manage stock, inventory, wastage, cash handling, and store expenses.
• Recruit, train, and motivate store teams to achieve business targets.
• Track store performance and submit daily/weekly/monthly reports to management.
• Handle customer complaints and ensure high service standards.
• Coordinate with HR, Accounts, Operations, and Supply Chain for smooth store operations.
