• Drive the sales of insurance products within bank branches and implement marketing strategies to promote bancassurance services.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with bank staff and customers to enhance service delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Conduct product presentations and training sessions for bank employees to ensure they are well-informed about the insurance products available.
• Analyze sales performance and adjust strategies to meet targets while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and company policies.

Preferred candidate profile

• 1 to 9 years' work experience in insurance sales.
• Graduate qualification.
