About this role
- Manage and monitor multiple hubs within the assigned zone.
- Drive hub performance, productivity, delivery efficiency, and SLA adherence.
- Manage manpower planning, hiring, attendance, productivity, and performance.
- Monitor last-mile operations, shipment flow, delivery TAT, and hub KPIs.
