Role Overview:
The primary purpose of the Cluster Manager role is to drive sales targets by building and maintaining strong relationships with channel partners (IDFC FIRST Bank) and internal teams within the Vijayawada cluster.
Key Responsibilities:
- Relationship Management: Cultivate and nurture relationships with channel partners to achieve business goals.
- Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement strategic sales plans to gain maximum mindshare from distributors and meet sales targets.
- Team Leadership: Guide, mentor, and regularly review team progress against the sales plan.
- Digital Sales Management: Promote desired sales behaviors using the company's digital sales management tools.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure business quality and persistency across the cluster.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Experience: Minimum 6+ years of total sales experience with at least 2 years in team management. Prior BFSI/Insurance experience is preferred.
- Education: Graduation is mandatory; Postgraduation is preferred.
- Key Competencies: Strong sales planning, team management, and high achievement drive.
