Cluster Manager

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage daily operations of multiple retail stores within a cluster, ensuring efficient use of resources and optimal customer satisfaction.

• Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance overall store appearance.

Job Requirements :

• 7-15 years of experience in retail management or related field.
• Proven track record in managing clusters or large retail operations with multiple locations.
• Strong understanding of retail operations, including inventory control, cash handling procedures, and visual merchandising standards.
