Cluster Manager

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage high-rise building projects from planning to execution, ensuring timely completion within budget constraints.
• Oversee project monitoring and control activities to identify potential issues early on and implement corrective actions.
• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety regulations, and environmental norms throughout the project lifecycle.

Job Requirements :

• 10-19 years of experience in civil engineering or construction industry with expertise in high rise building projects.
• Strong understanding of project management principles, including planning, execution, monitoring & controlling.
• Proven track record in managing complex projects involving waterproofing systems installation.
