2. Responsible to drive Gold Loan growth, incremental interest collection, NPA reduction and OFP business.
   
3. Responsible for developing and implementing strategic plans to achieve targets and business objectives.
   
4. Providing guidance and mentorship role to all Branch teams
   
5. Build and maintain strong relationships with all staff members
   
6. Monitoring and evaluating key performances metrics and taking proactive measures to address field staff issues.
