Role Overview

We are hiring experienced Branch or Cluster Manager to lead and manage high-performing teams in the Insurance sector-Direct Channel.

Locations- Kanpur

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and drive a team of sales professionals/advisors
• Achieve business targets through team productivity
• Build strong client relationships and ensure retention
• Recommend suitable life insurance and wealth solutions
• Monitor team performance and provide coaching

CTC:5 - 7.50 LPA (Negotiable) + Attractive Incentives

Candidate Requirements:

• 5-12 years in Insurance sales
• Minimum 2+ years of team handling experience or who are looking for team handling role
• Strong understanding of life insurance products
• Proven track record in target achievement
• Good leadership and communication skills
