• Manage relationships at all level in hospitals
• Drive sales numbers and increase finance penetration, meet allocated sales targets
• Manage the sales process
• X Manage FOS recruit, train and motivate the team
• Ensure process rigor and controllership
• Ensure smooth service delivery to channel partners
• Manage the FOS productivity
• Reconciliation of dealer payments.

• X MBA / PGDM or Equivalent with 0-1 years of experience
• Good communication interpersonal skills.
• X. Good relationship management skills
• Basic computer knowledge -MS Office /Power Point
