Cluster Manager (Quick Commerce)

• Own end-to-end last-mile operations across the Mumbai/Pune cluster.
• Drive daily delivery performance, including SLA, on-time delivery, rider productivity, and order success rates.
• Manage Team Leads and city operations to ensure seamless execution.
• Build, train, and retain high-performing operations teams.
• Forecast manpower requirements and ensure adequate rider availability.
• Monitor key operational metrics and implement corrective actions to improve efficiency.
• Coordinate with client operations, dark stores, and internal stakeholders for smooth execution.
• Handle escalations and ensure service excellence.
• Identify process improvements to reduce costs while improving customer experience.
• Scale operations as the business expands across the region.Requirements
• 4 to 8+ years of experience in logistics, quick commerce, or hyperlocal last-mile operations.
• Hands-on experience managing quick-commerce last-mile operations is mandatory.
• Proven experience managing large rider fleets and multiple locations.
• Strong analytical and operational problem-solving skills.
• Experience leading ground teams in a high-growth environment.
• Comfortable working with operational dashboards and performance metrics.
• Willingness to travel across the Coimbatore cluster.

Preferred Experience

• Experience with Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart, Flipkart Minutes, BigBasket Now, Dunzo, or similar quick-commerce operations.
• Experience scaling multi-city operations.
