Cluster Manager | Mumbai

About the role:

Cluster Manager will be responsible for managing the sales and operations activities within a designated cluster of locations. This role involves driving sales growth, overseeing daily operations, and leading a team of Centre Managers to deliver business & experience objectives. .

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales Management:

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets for the cluster.
• Monitor sales performance daily and implement action plans to address any issues or opportunities in real time
• Foster relationships with Centre Managers and stakeholders to drive business growth month on month

2. Operations Management:

• Oversee day-to-day operations across all locations within the cluster.
• Ensure efficient and effective operational processes by solving facilities and customer issues to deliver stellar experience.
• Implement best practices and standardize procedures ensure the audits are defectfree.

3. People Management:

• Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales and operations teams to achieve their best performance.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to team members.
• Recruit, train, and onboard new team members as needed.

Requirements-

• Proven experience in sales and operations management, preferably in a multi-location environment like retail chains with at least 3 years of experience
• Strong leadership and people management skills with the ability to inspire and develop a team.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.

• Analyze and interpret complex data sets using MS Excel, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and advanced formulas to take informed decisions
