Job Description: Cluster Manager Banca Channel (Life Insurance)

Location: Bareilly, Uttar Pradesh
Department: Sales Banca Channel
Reporting To: Regional Manager / Area Manager Banca

Job Summary

The Cluster Manager is responsible for driving Life Insurance sales through assigned bank branches within the cluster. The role involves managing relationships with banking partners, achieving business targets, coaching and motivating the sales team, ensuring customer service excellence, and driving business growth through the Banca distribution channel.

Eligibility Criteria

Education

• Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred).

Experience

• 5 to 8 years of experience in Life Insurance sales.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in the Banca Channel.
• Experience in handling a cluster/territory and managing banking relationships.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Strong network within the banking ecosystem.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned cluster.
