This position is open with Bajaj Finance Ltd.
Responsibilities - Process related
- Management of a) Cases on Company.
- Management of b) Notices on Company.
- Management of c) Complaint on Company from Non-Judicial Authorities.
- Management of d) Appearance and filing appropriate defence in contest Arbitration matters.
- Management of e) Filing Written Statements/Counters in Cases as per the set TAT.
- Management of f) Replies to Notice on the company as per the set TAT. (from customers / from Judicial and Non-Judicial Authorities, from third parties)
- Management of g) Appearance in Arbitration proceedings on hearing dates including passing awards in contest matters.
- Management of h) Vetting of Agreements and its clearance.
- Management of i) Handling iCRM queries log in with Legal Department.
- Management of j) Process adherence on a) resolving Legal hold Stock (Cases/notice etc.), MIS/PPT, Audit compliance, handling empaneling of Advocates and empaneled advocates, team management and ensuring proper support to field, bill/invoice clearance, storage entrustment on time.
- 1. Adherence to TAT is must for filing counter/written statement, replies to notice etc., timely follow-up.
- 2. Must have hands on experience in MS office, MS Word.
- 3. Should have Pan India exposure handling 600+ cases
Minimum 5 years of experience, preferably in Financial Services/Banking/FMCG/NBFC in Corporate Legal.
Mandatory Pan-India exposure.
LL.B, preferred LL.M/P.G./M.B.A.
