Cluster Manager IT

Key Responsibilities:

• Team Management: Lead and manage IT Managers and Brand Promoters to achieve sales targets.
• Sales Target Achievement: Set targets, analyze sales performance, identify gaps, and implement corrective strategies.
• Outlet Management: Oversee IT category operations across EMIL outlets and maintain strong relationships with Store Managers.
• Business Development: Identify opportunities to increase sales of mobiles, laptops, and related IT products across ISP and non-ISP outlets.
• Promoter Productivity: Monitor promoter performance and improve productivity through training, guidance, and regular reviews.
• SKU Placement & Visibility: Ensure proper product placement, planogram execution, display standards, and stock availability.
• Store Relationship Management: Understand store-level requirements and resolve operational and sales-related concerns.
• Stock & Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels, coordinate stock movement, manage ageing/EOL products, and ensure timely replenishment.

Key Skills Required:

• Proven experience in IT/consumer electronics sales and team management, preferably in retail.
• Strong understanding of LFR and Regional Retail formats.
• Good knowledge of Mobiles, Laptops and IT products.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
• Strong analytical and sales-performance tracking abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and consistently achieve targets.
