Job Description
Job Purpose
- Drive Sales & Achieve Targets: Manage assigned bank branches to achieve insurance sales, premium, and revenue targets while ensuring consistent quarter-on-quarter business growth.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with branch managers, officers, and staff to drive engagement, enhance collaboration, and maximize business opportunities.
- Sales Support & Capability Building: Support frontline sales teams with client meetings, benefit illustrations, product knowledge sessions, and training to improve insurance sales effectiveness.
- Lead Generation & Business Development: Generate new insurance business through assigned banking partners, identify cross-selling opportunities, and expand the business within allocated branches.
- Customer Service & Operational Excellence: Ensure seamless pre-sales and post-sales support, facilitate policy issuance and medicals, resolve customer queries, and deliver a high-quality customer experience.
- Portfolio & Persistency Management: Monitor business performance, ensure timely policy renewals, achieve persistency targets, and maintain a profitable business mix in line with company objectives.
