Cluster Manager -Gobindgarh

Job Description

• Drive achievement of premium, revenue, productivity and policy targets across mapped bank branches.
• Build strong relationships with Branch Heads, Cluster Heads, RMs and key bank stakeholders to increase insurance penetration.
• Lead, mentor and monitor the performance of the FLS/RO/BSM team, including regular reviews, coaching and joint sales calls.
• Identify branch-wise opportunities, strengthen lead generation, seller activation and conversion, and execute business strategies.
• Conduct product and sales training for bank staff and drive contests, R&R and branch engagement.
