    Job Purpose
    This position is open with Bajaj Finance Ltd.
    Duties and Responsibilities
  1. Analysis of various RBI guidelines and its impact on business operations
  2. Performing a health check on the various system data points from a regulatory perspective and identification of gaps and finalization of mitigation measures in alignment with concerned stakeholders
  3. Vetting of product SOP and Board policy in line with Regulatory Requirement
  6. Handling annual / periodic Regulatory inspection / data requirements
  7. Review of system enhancements and system functionality changes from regulatory perspective
  8. Preparation and presentation of the findings and actionable to management
  9. Identification and analysis of gaps in the processes from a regulatory perspective
  10. Liaoning with the various business and function teams for rectification of process gaps
  11. Review of specific business / function and process from regulatory perspective
  14. Working on data analytics tool development

    15. Required Qualifications and Experience
  15. Chartered Accountant with minimum 5-6 years of experience in the field of Regulatory reporting / Regulatory inspection handling of NBFCs banks.
  16. Thorough knowledge on regulatory requirements (RBI guidelines)
  17. MS Excel proficiency
  18. High analytical abilities
  19. Exceptional communicational skills
