Cluster Manager-DSA-Housing Loans

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Source business from DSA (Direct Sales Agent) to achieve sales targets for home loans and other financial products.
• Develop and implement effective strategies to increase market share in the assigned territory.
• Build strong relationships with customers, partners, and stakeholders to drive business growth.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to identify opportunities for improvement.

Job Requirements :

• 5-8 years of experience in banking or finance industry, preferably in housing finance or home finance.
• Strong understanding of  prime HL (Housing Loan) products and processes.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets through direct selling channels (DSA).
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
