Roles and Responsibility
- Maintain an impeccable portfolio by delivering zero flows and rolling back delinquent accounts from Bucket-0 & Bucket-2.
- Conduct personal visits to customers to identify the root cause of delinquency and implement corrective actions.
- Regularly follow up with the team to ensure smooth operations and timely resolution of customer issues.
- Continuously monitor MIS and update SOA's to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve team performance and achieve higher targets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex customer issues and enhance overall customer satisfaction.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in debt management services, preferably in an SME environment.
- Strong knowledge of financial products and services, including credit cards, insurance, and banking.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions to drive business outcomes.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
- Experience working with MIS and SOA systems, with strong analytical and reporting skills.
