    • Residual Value / End-of-Term: Follow up for residual value/termination dues post lease-end; track collection until credit and closure.
    • NDC Post-Closure Docs: Issue No Dues Certificate and other closure documents promptly after realization and reconciliation; maintain audit-ready documentation.
    • Issue Resolution: Liaise with internal teams (Banking Ops, Finance, Product, Legal, IT) to correct MIS/invoices, resolve portal/PO issues, and remove payment blocks.
    • Reporting Analytics: Publish daily/weekly dashboards on collections status, CE%, DSO, age buckets, dispute log, and action plans; highlight risks and mitigations.
    • Compliance Controls: Adhere to company policies, audit requirements, data accuracy standards, and client contractual terms; maintain robust documentation and approvals.

    • Multi-stakeholder alignment across client AP/Treasury, internal Banking Ops, and KAMs.
    • Resolving TDS mismatches and short payments quickly to protect CE%.
