Cluster Manager-Collections Retail

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage a team responsible for debt recovery through various channels, including bucket management and NPA resolution.
• Ensure timely identification, escalation, and resolution of critical issues related to collections.
• Develop and implement effective strategies to improve collection efficiency and reduce delinquencies.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve customer queries and concerns in a professional manner.

Job Requirements :

• 2-3 years of experience in banking or finance industry with expertise in collections or debt recovery.
• Strong understanding of Sarfaesi Act regulations and their application in the financial sector.
• Excellent writing skills for drafting letters and reports related to collections activities.
