The Cluster Sales Manager is responsible for driving project sales within the construction chemicals segment, achieving monthly and annual targets, and building strategic business relationships with key stakeholders in the construction and infrastructure industry. This role ensures profitable growth by implementing strategic sales plans, optimizing selling costs, and maintaining strong market presence..

Role & responsibilities:

• Develop and deploy sales objectives and goals for project sales in construction chemicals across the assigned cluster.
• Design and deliver training programs for the sales force on construction chemicals applications and solutions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts such as contractors, builders, architects, and project consultants.
• Create product segmentation strategies to maximize trade opportunities across different channels.
• Explore new business partnerships and nurture accounts to achieve volume and profitability goals.
