• Drive Life Insurance business through assigned bank branches and achieve business targets.
• Manage and strengthen relationships with Branch Managers and key bank stakeholders.
• Lead, mentor and monitor the Banca sales team for consistent performance.
• Drive branch activation, lead generation, cross-selling and customer engagement.
• Ensure quality business, persistency, compliance and adherence to company processes.
• Identify growth opportunities and implement strategies to improve overall cluster productivity.
