Cluster Manager - Agency Associate

- Create internal AA by promoting and engaging top performing Life Advisors within the agency distribution network

- Help branches to manage internal agency associate by engaging partners, planning and grooming them to recruit new agents, activation and promoting them to next level

- Develops and execute relevant engagement activities to nurture relationships with BM/DM/RDM/AA/RM/ZVP in the region

- To align and maintain regular communication with key stakeholders to drive business of AA through RDM/BM

- Manage stakeholders effectively by addressing their needs, concerns, payouts and expectations in a timely and professional manner

- Willingness to travel frequently across region to conduct all stakeholder management, training and meeting business reviews
