Cluster Lead

Lead Cluster Validation and automation activities for automotive instrument cluster programs. Responsible for test planning, execution, automation development, customer coordination, defect management and team leadership to ensure high-quality software releases.

key responsibility
Lead end-to-end Cluster validation activities. Review requirements and define test strategy, test cases, and execution plans.
Drive automation using python,CAPL, CANoe, and image-based validation tools.
Perform defect analysis, root causes investigation, and issue tracking.
Coordinate with customers and cross functional teams on technical topics.
Track project KPIs, risks, and delivery milestones.
Mentor and guide validation engineers.
