Cluster Lead - Technical

Role & responsibilities

• Lead and manage technical and facilities management operations across a cluster of commercial properties.
• Act as a subject matter expert for Power, HVAC, Fire & Life Safety, and Lift systems.
• Ensure smooth functioning, preventive maintenance, and reliability of all MEP systems.
• Guide and support property engineering teams in resolving technical issues.
• Ensure delivery of facilities management services in line with operational and safety standards.
• Manage vendor performance and ensure compliance with statutory and safety requirements.
• Lead and execute technical projects, upgrades, and fit-outs across properties.
• Conduct technical audits and drive best practices in facilities and engineering operations.

Preferred candidate profile

• Strong knowledge of Facilities Management and MEP systems.
• Experience in commercial buildings / business parks will be preferred.
• Exposure to project management and technical upgrades is an added advantage.

Experience & Qualification:

• 12+ years of experience in technical operations.
• BE / B.Tech in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
