Job Description - Lab Cluster Manager

Job Purpose:
Manage multiple hospital laboratories to ensure efficient operations, quality, compliance, timely reporting, and patient satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of multiple laboratories.

• Lead manpower, shifts, productivity, and team performance.

• Ensure quality, TAT, NABL/ISO compliance, and patient safety.

• Manage equipment, reagents, inventory, and costs.

• Monitor KPIs and implement process improvements.

• Coordinate with doctors, hospital departments, vendors, and management.

Qualification Experience

• Degree/Masters in Medical Laboratory Technology / Life Sciences / related field.

• 8+ years laboratory experience with 3+ years in a managerial role.

• Experience managing multiple hospital laboratories preferred.
