Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of field equipment, including DG sets, chillers, and other facilities.
  
• Ensure timely breakdown maintenance and repair of electrical and mechanical issues.
  
• Oversee utility maintenance to minimize downtime and optimize efficiency.
  
• Monitor inventory levels of spare parts and consumables to prevent stockouts or overstocking.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 5-10 years of experience in facility management services industry.
  
• Diploma/B.Tech / B.E. degree from a recognized institution (Any Specialization).
  
• Strong understanding of electrical maintenance, mechanical maintenance, utility maintenance, and vendor management principles.
