Cluster Human Resource Manager

Role & Responsibilities

• Lead and drive the Learning & Development (L&D) agenda for the business by aligning learning initiatives with organizational goals.
• Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and design learning interventions to build employee capability and performance.
• Plan, execute, and monitor training programs across a large employee base.
• Track learning effectiveness through analytics, reporting, feedback, and ROI measurement.
• Partner with business leaders, HR teams, and external training partners to deliver impactful learning solutions.
• Standardize L&D processes, policies, and governance frameworks to ensure consistency and quality.
• Facilitate training programs, workshops, and capability-building initiatives.
• Manage and mentor the L&D team while ensuring timely and effective program delivery.
• Drive innovation and continuous improvement in learning practices and employee development initiatives.

• MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification preferred.
• 8-9 years of overall experience, with significant experience in Learning & Development.
• Strong expertise in Training Needs Analysis, Learning Program Management, Learning Analytics, and ROI Measurement.
• Experience in designing, implementing, and evaluating large-scale training initiatives.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence business leaders and cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
• Analytical mindset with proficiency in MIS, reporting, and data-driven decision-making.
• Experience managing vendors, trainers, and external learning partners.
• Proven ability to lead teams and drive learning outcomes in a dynamic business environment.
