Cluster HR

Job Responsibility:

1. Talent Acquisition & Staffing

• Plan and execute manning availability at cluster stores as per budget approvals
• Ensure talent pool- Front end through walk-ins/NGOs & store level positions for respective cluster
• Build Talent pool for festive manpower/Additional support for EOSS

2.HR Operations & Process Excellence

• Ensure adherence to Hiring Process/ Zero errors in offer generation / Minimum TATs followed against Vacant vs Joining dates/ Monthly Audits/Dashboards- Cluster
• Drive all aspects of HR success dashboard - 100% adherence of all critical HR deliverables
• Plan & execute Brand Staff onboarding & ensure 100% attendance mapping &Productivity
• Drive & implement HR related policies & initiatives especially Sambandh/Transfer benefits etc & timely submission with trackers for payments
• Drive HR Statutory Compliance in each store/Reviews through Dashboards/MIS
• Ensure zero errors with respect to payroll inputs & other benefits with respect to employees & payments.

3. Employee Engagements & Culture

• Drive Employee Engagements & ensure SSL Values & Build Performance Culture through Structured Rewards & Recognition Programs & Employee connects & Employee Satisfaction Survey
• .Drive /Improve Engagement Scores through timely implementations of Action Plan

4. Attrition

• Ensure Retention of Key talent through structured exit interviews & Drive/Plan retention measures in high attrition
• Share best practices across stores to improve overall compliance and efficiency & measures across high attrition store

5. Performance & Employee Productivity

• Drive Goal setting/Mid-year reviews/Annual appraisals as per policy/Set timelines & plans well in advance for smooth timely closure
• Identify Low performers & Implement way forward plans ( PIP, Observations) etc with clear timeline
• Ensure timely closures on Employee Grievances in discussion with stakeholders / Ensure Fair & Transparent in promotions & all actions in this respect
