Position: Cluster Head / Territory Head

Locations Tamil Nadu:

Ambur | Vellore | Salem | Kumbakonam | Poonamallee – Chennai

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and drive business across multiple branches within the assigned cluster.
• Lead and mentor Branch Heads, Sales and Credit teams.
• Achieve business, disbursement and portfolio growth targets.
• Drive customer acquisition through direct and channel sourcing.
• Monitor branch-wise performance, productivity and profitability.
• Ensure portfolio quality and effective collection performance.
• Manage relationships with DSA/DST and other channel partners.
• Conduct regular branch visits and provide business/operational support.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, processes and credit guidelines.

Candidate Profile:

• 9+ years of experience in Secured Lending / NBFC / Housing Finance.
• Strong experience in HL, LAP and ML/secured lending.
• Proven experience in multi-branch and team handling.
• Strong business development, leadership and communication skills.
• Candidates from NBFCs, Housing Finance Companies or Banks with relevant secured lending experience preferred.
