Role & responsibilities

Team & Venue Management

• Manage a set of venues within the assigned geography through a team of Venue Managers.
• Lead and manage a team of approximately 67 Venue Managers.

• Drive team productivity, performance and achievement of sales targets.

Sales & Revenue

• Own the overall sales performance of the assigned venues.

• Drive bookings, revenue and collections through the Venue Manager team.
• Monitor sales funnel, conversions and business performance and take corrective actions wherever required.

Team Development

• Conduct regular training, coaching and performance reviews for Venue Managers.
• Set clear targets and ensure consistent performance against KPIs.

Preferred candidate profile

• Candidates based in Mumbai will be preferred.
• • Experience in the Real Estate industry will be an added advantage. • Candidates with experience in hospitality, real estate, B2B sales, or other on-ground sales businesses can be considered.
• • Should be comfortable with field travel and on-ground business development.
