Cluster Head - SME & Corporate

Role & responsibilities

• Drive new business acquisition by identifying, pitching, and onboarding corporate clients for EB and Non-EB insurance lines
• Own the complete sales cycle: lead generation, client meetings, proposal presentation, negotiation, and closure
• Understand client requirements and recommend suitable solutions across Group Health Insurance, Liability Insurance, and Property Insurance
• Achieve assigned revenue targets and contribute to the growth of the corporate consulting vertical
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure retention and long-term business opportunities

Preferred candidate profile

• 6+ years of experience in Insurance Broking or General Insurance with a proven track record in corporate client acquisition
• Strong background in consultative selling to corporate and SME clients
• Excellent relationship management, communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Deep understanding of corporate insurance products, EB and Non-EB portfolios, and industry dynamics
• Self-driven, target-oriented, and passionate about driving business growth
• Based in or willing to relocate to Chennai, Coimbatore, or Trichy
