Position- Cluster Head -SME & Corporate

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and expand a portfolio of SME corporate clients (Property, Liability, Motor, Health, etc.).
  
• Structure insurance programs and manage renewals based on client needs.
  
• Maintain strong relationships with decision-makers and insurers.
  
• Coordinate with internal operations, claims, and compliance teams.
  
• Ensure high client retention through effective communication.

Requirements:

• Experience: 7-10 years in insurance broking or corporate sales.
  
• Knowledge: Deep understanding of commercial insurance products.
