Cluster Head Sales

The Cluster Head Sales overseas sales operations across multiple branches or regions within a designated
cluster. This role involves driving revenue growth, managing sales teams, implementing sales strategies, and
ensuring consistent execution across all locations to meet business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage sales operations across Districts within the cluster.
Develop and implement sales strategies aligned with District and State objectives.
¢ Achieve cluster sales targets and monitor performance metrics.
¢ Train and mentor District Managers, VLEs or front-line sales staff.
¢ Analyze market trends and Customer needs to identify growth opportunities.
¢ Ensure standardized execution of sales and marketing campaigns across the cluster.
¢ Build and maintain relationships with key VLEs, partners, and PM etc.
¢ Monitor competitor activities and adjust strategies accordingly.
¢ Coordinate with supply chain, marketing, and finance teams to ensure smooth operations.
¢ Prepare and present regular sales and performance reports to regional heads or senior leadership.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelors or Masters degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
812 years of sales experience, including multi-location or regional leadership.
Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in sales analytics tools
Ability to travel frequently within the cluster.
