Role PurposeTo drive insurance business growth across the assigned cluster by managing sales teams, ensuring achievement of business targets, expanding distribution channels, improving productivity, and maintaining compliance with organizational and regulatory requirements.Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Delivery

• Drive various insurance business across the cluster.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual premium targets.
• Improve branch-wise productivity and penetration of insurance products.
• Monitor key business metrics and drive corrective actions.

Team Management

• Mentor Branch Managers, & branch employees
• Conduct regular performance reviews and coaching sessions.
• Ensure team productivity.
• Build a high-performance sales culture across the cluster.

Channel Development

• Strengthen existing distribution channels and develop new business opportunities.
• Ensure effective customer acquisition and cross-selling initiatives.
• Maintain strong relationships with insurance partners and stakeholders.

Training & Capability Building

• Conduct product, sales, and compliance training programs.
• Ensure team members possess necessary certifications and knowledge.
• Enhance sales effectiveness through continuous learning and development.

Compliance & Governance

• Ensure adherence to IRDAI guidelines and company policies.
• Monitor audit observations and ensure timely closure.
• Maintain high standards of customer service and ethical selling practices.

MIS & Reporting

• Review daily, weekly, and monthly business reports.
• Analyze performance trends and recommend improvement plans.
• Present business updates to regional and zonal leadership.
