Cluster head - Agency (APC Vertical)

Role & responsibilities

Lead, manage, and motivate a team of Agency Managers APC vertical and Advisors to achieve sales and business targets.

Develop and implement business strategies to strengthen the Agency Channel and ensure consistent growth.

Drive recruitment, training, and activation of high-performing insurance advisors.

Monitor key performance metrics (business mix, persistency, advisor productivity, etc.) and ensure achievement of goals.

Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure operational excellence.

Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and ethical business practices.

Identify market opportunities and drive initiatives to improve customer acquisition and retention.

Preferred candidate profile

• Experience: Typically 8 to 15+ years in the Life Insurance industry, specifically within APC vertical.
• Education: Minimum Graduate in any discipline; Post-graduate degree (MBA/PGDM) or certifications are preferred.
