Cluster General Manager - Construction Chemical

Job Description :

- Lead marketing activities for Sheenlac Construction Chemicals (CC) products across the assigned region through the Network Retail Sales channel.

- Conduct market intelligence activities by collecting information on competitors, product trends, pricing, customer preferences, and market opportunities from distributors, dealers, retailers, and construction chemical applicators.

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with distributors, dealers, retailers, contractors, and applicators to strengthen the market network and identify future business opportunities.

- Create product awareness by conducting product demonstrations, dealer meetings, retailer engagement programs, and applicator awareness campaigns.

- Support the successful launch of new Construction Chemical products by coordinating with the Head Office (HO) team during product launch activities, exhibitions, and promotional events.

- Identify potential markets, customers, and projects to expand the distribution network and improve product penetration.

- Coordinate with the sales team to generate leads and support business development initiatives in the assigned territory.

- Gather customer feedback on product performance, quality, pricing, and service, and share actionable insights with the Marketing and Product Management teams.

- Assist in planning and executing promotional campaigns, branding activities, roadshows, dealer meets, and training programs.

- Monitor competitor activities, including new product launches, promotional schemes, pricing strategies, and channel development initiatives.

- Maintain regular reports on market visits, dealer interactions, competitor analysis, product feedback, and marketing activities.

- Ensure effective implementation of marketing plans and achieve regional marketing objectives within the assigned territory.

- Coordinate with internal teams such as Sales, Technical Services, Product Development, and Supply Chain to ensure smooth execution of marketing initiatives.

- Travel extensively within the assigned region to engage with channel partners, applicators, and key customers.

- Perform any other marketing and business development responsibilities assigned by the reporting manager to support the growth of the Construction Chemicals business.
