About the Role
The Lead Cluster Delivery will be responsible for the overall operational, financial and delivery performance of assigned institutions/ partner colleges. The role involves end-to-end accountability for project outcome, mobilisation, training, placements, relationship management, operational excellence, quality compliance and team performance.
The incumbent will drive project profitability, strengthen institutional partnerships and ensure achievement of business and programme delivery targets across the assigned cluster.
What You Will Own
1. Cluster Operations & Financial Performance

• Own the P&L and operational performance of assigned projects.
• Drive project profitability through revenue achievement, cost optimisation and effective resource utilisation.
• Monitor target-versus-actual performance.
• Ensure compliance with organisational processes, SOPs and operational standards.

2. Mobilisation, Training & Placements

• Achieve mobilisation targets while maintaining student enrolment quality and eligibility.
• Monitor training attendance, throughput, learner progression and infrastructure readiness.
• Drive placement outcomes, placement TAT and student counselling effectiveness.
• Identify performance gaps and implement corrective actions to improve programme outcomes.

3. College Partnerships & Business Development

• Identify, sign-up and onboard colleges in accordance with the project outcome and EduBridge's processes and policies.
• Manage college relationships and ensure effective programme implementation.
• Identify opportunities to expand partnerships and grow business within the assigned cluster.
• Develop college-level improvement plans to strengthen programme delivery.

4. Team Leadership & People Management

• Lead, manage and develop project teams to achieve business and delivery objectives.
• Set performance expectations, monitor productivity and conduct regular reviews.
• Promote collaboration across project teams and internal stakeholders.
• Address operational challenges and resolve team conflicts effectively.

5. Quality, Compliance & Reporting

• Ensure adherence to CPS, SOPs, ELITE and organisational policies.
• Monitor invoices, branding compliance, inventory and operational documentation.
• Track student feedback and drive continuous improvement.
• Conduct monthly performance reviews and report progress to the Reporting Manager.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Graduate or postgraduate in Management, Operations, Education or a related discipline.
• Experience managing college/institutional relationships, training programmes or college partnerships.
• Strong exposure to P&L management, business operations and target achievement.
• Understanding of student mobilisation, training delivery and placement operations.
• Proven people management and stakeholder relationship skills.
• Proficiency in the local language, Hindi and English.
