About this role
- Responsible for the operational & financial metrics of each center
- Responsible for people management and development of center team
- Drive collaboration with Centers to support profitability and operational activities in the center
- Take full and sole accountability for Projects P&L, Mobilization, Training, placements, operations & Quality.
- On-board all College as per allotted cluster to the processes and policies of EduBridge, and ensure they are followed
- Grow and develop the business/Partnership
- Collaborate with the team during the business planning process
- Manage onboarded college and create development plans to support program delivery
- Encourage collaboration and resolve the conflicts between the team (if any)
Competencies
- Results-driven
- Have profound business acumen in managing centers / team and building relationships
- Competency in People Management
- Skills for business planning and business ownership
- Language skills: local language, Hindi and English
- P&L of Centres
- Centre revenue collection (for EduBridge)
- Targets Vs Actuals
o Mobilization = Target + Quality
o Training = Attendance + throughput + CSM jump + Infra
o Placements = % achievement + TAT + TAF + Counselling
o Operations = adherence to CPS, SOPs and policies + ELITE + Invoices + branding guidelines & inventories

- Reviewed every Month Reporting Manager
