Non-Negotiable Requirements

• 10-15+ years of construction/project execution experience, including 5+ years in Utility-Scale Solar projects.
• Proven experience on 300 MW+ Solar PV projects.
• EPC/PMC construction management experience.
• Strong exposure to solar construction, commissioning, and grid integration.
• Preferred: Experience on 500 MW to 1 GW+ Solar Parks.

Job Description:

The Solar PMC Construction Manager will oversee construction monitoring and execution activities for large-scale utility-scale solar projects, ensuring safe, timely, and high-quality delivery across assigned solar clusters.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate PMC monitoring activities across assigned solar clusters.
• Review workfront readiness, construction sequencing, manpower deployment, and equipment utilization.
• Monitor construction progress across piling, foundations, MMS/tracker systems, module installation, DC/AC works, BoP, and associated infrastructure.
• Coordinate EPC contractors, QA/QC, HSE, commissioning teams, and discipline engineers.
• Track productivity, progress, punch-point closure, and handover readiness.
• Escalate critical material, quality, safety, and interface issues.
• Support testing, commissioning, grid synchronization, and project handover activities.

Key Deliverables

• Cluster Progress & Look-Ahead Reports.
• Constraint & Escalation Logs.
• Completion & Punch-Point Status Reports.
• Workfront Readiness and Handover Recommendations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or related discipline.
• PMP or equivalent certification preferred.
• 10-15+ years of infrastructure/construction experience with utility-scale solar projects.
• Strong understanding of Solar EPC execution, Pooling Substations, SCADA, Power Evacuation, Commissioning, and Grid Integration.
