Cluster Business Manager - Two Wheeler

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Drive Two-Wheeler Loan business growth by expanding dealer and sub-dealer networks, increasing market penetration, and achieving sales, disbursement, and profitability targets.

Build and manage strong relationships with key dealers, channel partners, and high-value accounts through regular engagement to drive sustainable business volumes and market share.

Lead sales planning, target deployment, and performance reviews across branches, providing strategic guidance to improve productivity, portfolio quality, collections, and overall business performance.

Collaborate on product, policy, and digital lending initiatives while ensuring effective risk monitoring, fraud prevention, and seamless LOS/LMS-driven execution to support scalable business growth.

Job Requirements :

• 5-15 years of experience in financial industry with Two Wheeler product in current role.
• Strong understanding of auto loans, two-wheeler loans, and other financial products.
• Proven track record in managing teams and achieving sales targets.
