Cluster Business Manager - LAP

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage a team of mortgage sales professionals to achieve monthly targets and grow the business.
• Develop and implement effective strategies to increase LAP (Loan Against Property) sales for Affordable and Prime.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to stay ahead in the competitive mortgage landscape.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

Job Requirements :

• 8-15 years of experience in banking or finance industry, preferably in mortgage sales or related field.
• Strong understanding of LAP products and processes.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets through effective leadership and strategy development.
