Position : Cluster Business Head

Job Description :

• Responsible for overall Sales target achievement for the assigned area and branches
• Monitoring team's performance and motivating them to reach targets.
• Expertise in day-to- day operational work like loan disbursement & recovery mechanism
• Must be open to travelling. Regular branch visits to understand the ground pulse of both customers and employees.
• Maintain Overall portfolio and deliquency for assigned branches
• Maintain collection efficiency for the area
• Team Management & Productivity
• PDD management and document retrieval management
• Physical verification of customer business and property.
• Setting sales targets for individual reps and team as a whole.
• Coordinating with local advocate for property related reports.
• Coordinating with staff members for smooth flow of loan process.
• Reach the set targets by motivating staff in a right manner.
• Will be responsible for TAT for Customer Service /staff request closures and retention of the existing portfolio.
• Good knowledge of the local area

Work Experience:

• Minimum experience of 8-12 years in LAP . Preferably from NBFC/ MSME sector
• Must have prior experience of managing a large team

Educational Qualification: Any Graduate (10+2+3) & or Postgraduate.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Language Proficiency: Local Language + Hindi & Or English
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Good Communication skills with clarity of speech and thought
• Must have knowledge of local area, competitor knowledge/ updates
• Good at stakeholder management and engagement
• Must have a can do attitude and the willingness to learn and grow
