About this role
- Manage end-to-end accounting operations across multiple outlets within the assigned cluster.
- Oversee general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliation, and journal entries.
- Monitor daily financial transactions, cash flow, expenses, and outlet-wise financial records.
- Prepare monthly financial statements, MIS reports, and outlet-wise profitability reports.
- Ensure timely GST, TDS, and other applicable statutory compliances in coordination with the relevant teams.
- Monitor outstanding payments, vendor balances, customer collections, and inter-branch reconciliations.
- Review accounting entries and ensure accuracy of financial records across all assigned locations.
- Coordinate with store managers, cluster managers, finance teams, auditors, and senior management.
- Identify accounting discrepancies, resolve financial issues, and implement process improvements.
- Lead and supervise accounting staff, allocate responsibilities, and ensure timely completion of deliverables.
- Support internal and statutory audits and ensure compliance with company accounting policies.
